• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Payment and Refund Policies

• All payments are billed in advance. Recurring services renew monthly unless canceled.

• You may cancel anytime with at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing date to avoid future charges.

• Setup fees and previous payments are non-refundable.

• All transactions are securely processed via Stripe or other authorized processors.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, designs, workflows, and content provided remain the property of Go Biz Help until full payment is received. After that, you may use deliverables as intended for your business. Use of proprietary platforms, software, or third-party tools is subject to licensing agreements.

6. Results Disclaimer

While we strive to help you grow, we cannot guarantee specific results such as rankings, conversions, or revenue increases. Marketing performance depends on numerous variables outside our control.

7. Privacy and Data Handling

We collect personal information, including but not limited to names, email addresses, and payment details, to deliver our services. 8. SMS Communications

By opting into our SMS campaign, you agree to receive SMS messages from Go Biz Help regarding updates, promotions, and important service notifications.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
